The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Itki P.S. Case No. 34/2023(N) arising out of N.D.P.S. Case No. 74/2025 & N.D.P.S. Case No. 21/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 15, 18 & 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.- XII, Ranchi. 3. On 15.10.2022, Itki police, on the basis of confidential information raided the house of this petitioner and seized 205 kgs. of poppy husk from there. 4. It appears that quantum of seized poppy husk comes within the purview of commercial quantity. 5. It was submitted that charge has been framed in this case. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that commercial quantity of poppy husk was seized, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
