At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out that the appellant- Ikbal has already passed away on 28.02.2025 and as such the instant appeal be abated. 2. Learned A.G.A. also do not dispute the aforesaid facts and has brought on record the living status report dated 06.03.2025 wherein it has been pointed out that the appellant has already died on 28.02.2025 while he was confined in jail and was under medical treatment. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
