The petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "(B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus or any other proper writ, order or direction directing thereby the Respondents particularly the Respondent No.4 to act in accordance with law and to pass a speaking and reasoned order in pursuance of the show cause notice dated 26.03.2024 (issued to the private respondents herein) as undertaken in Paragraph No. 7 of the personal affidavit sworn by 'Sri N.G. Ravi Kumar' the then Chief Executive Officer, Greater Noida, District : Gautam Budh Nagar on 07.04.2024 filed in the concerned Civil Misc. Writ Petition No.2268 of 2024 (annexed as Annexure no.19 to the instant Writ Petition)." 2. The Greater Noida has issued a notice dated 26.3.2024 to the respondent no.8 that she is raising illegal construction over Khasra No.577 situated at Village Haldauni, District Gautam Buddh Nagar but the respondent development authority in collusion with respondent nos.8, 9 and 10 are not taking any decision on the notice dated 26.03.2024. It is submitted that in fact the respondents are raising constructions over Khasra No.587 and not 577. 3. Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Greater Noida submits that respondent no.4 Chief Executive Officer, Greater Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar shall take a final decision in respect of the notice dated 26.03.2024 issued to respondent no.8, 9 and 10 within a period of one month from today. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.4 Chief Executive Officer, Greater Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar to take a decision in respect of notice dated 26.03.2024 issued to respondent no.8 within a period of one month from today after giving due notice and opportunity of hearing to respondent no.8, 9 and 10, strictly in accordance with law.
