Learned counsel for the applicants submits that vide order dated 10.04.2024 passed by this Court in case of Ganguram Vs. Shishirkant & Ors. bearing MAC No.278 of 2 2019, the present applicants were directed to pay the amount of Rs.50,000/- with interest of 6% in addition to the amount already awarded on 16.11.2018 passed in Claim Case No.536/17 passed by 1st Additional Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, C.G. He would further submit that the applicant went to deposit the said amount before the tribunal with some delay, however, the tribunal refused to accept the same, therefore, he prays for further two weeks’ time to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs.50,000/- along with interest as directed earlier. 3. In view of the above, further 30 days’ time is granted from today to deposit the afore- mentioned amount before the concerned Claims Tribunal. 4.
