JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 22.12.2020 passed in Revision Petition No.263/2011-2012 by the respondent No.1 - Deputy Commissioner, Bengaluru Urban District, (Annexure-A). 2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. Having taken note of the findings recorded by the respondent No.1 (Annexure-A) would indicate that, the respondent No.1 has set aside the order dated 14.06.2011 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25193 WP No. 13284 of 2021 passed in RRT.CR(A) 274/2011-12 by the respondent No.2. It is also forthcoming from the findings recorded by the Respondent-Authorities that OS No.185/2010 (Annexure-G) has been filed by the petitioner herein challenging the sale deed dated 23.04.1958. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the said suit has been withdrawn, and thereafter, OS No.654/2023 has been filed before the competent Civil Court seeking declaration in respect of the subject land. Hence, the rights of the parties are yet to be crystallized in the pending suit. 4. In that view of the matter, no interference is called for in this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. The parties are directed to await the judgment and decree that may be passed by the Civil Court SD/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE BKM
