The only prayer made in the petition is to direct the respondents to decide the representation of petitioner annexed with the petition as Annexure P-4, as per the Transfer Policy of the State. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has served sub cadre area of CHC Nohradhar, Block Sangrah, District Sirmour, H.P. According to the petitioner, he is making a prayer for being posted at the place of his choice as his old aged parents are suffering from various old age ailments. 6. Keeping in view the entirety of circumstances, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to decide the representation Annexure P-4 of the petitioner within four weeks from today, strictly in terms of the Transfer Policy of the State Government. 7.
