Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the letter dated February 18, 2025 filed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising the grievances the petitioner has submitted the aforesaid letter before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.2 should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the letter of the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.2/Police Commissioner (Commisionerate), Gautam Budh Nagar is directed to take appropriate decision in accordance with law upon the aforesaid letter of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
