The petitioner has impugned the order dated 21.02.2023, whereby the respondent No. 4 has been appointed as Lambardar of Village Loran Tehsil Mandi District Poonch, for a period of six month or till the elections are held. 2. The officials respondents have filed their reply, thereby objecting the claim of the petitioner. 3. In terms of order dated 06.03.2023, the appointment of respondent No. 4 was kept subject to outcome of this petition, meaning thereby that the order impugned in this petition was not stayed. 4. As the respondent No. 4 was appointed as Lambardar vide order dated 21.02.2023 for a period of six months or till conducting of the elections, therefore, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents to conduct the elections for post of Lambardar for Village Loran Tehsil Mandi District Poonch, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
