No.12787 of 2025(3) dt.15-05-2025 2/3 ORAL ORDER 3 15-05-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 485 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the father of the informant had parked his truck near Bambam Kirana Store, Daud Nagar, and returned home. On the following day, when he went back to the spot where he had parked the vehicle, he found truck missing. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from the possession of petitioners. The petitioners are under custody since 21.10.2024. 5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, are directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12787 of 2025(3) dt.15-05-2025 3/3 of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
