As per the impugned order dated 05.03.2025 which was passed in the pending proceedings of the writ petition, learned Single Judge inter alia provided that Sri Dharmaraya Swamy Temple Karaga Mahothsav Committee shall continue to exist till 15.04.2025 by extending the term of the Committee upto the said date.
2. When the appeal came up for consideration today it was stated that not only the said order has worked out for itself, the competent authority has now appointed Administrator to manage the temple committee with effect from 17.04.2025.
3. In view of the above subsequent developments, the present appeal stands infructuous. Without going into the merits of the case on either side, the appeal is disposed of accordingly as not surviving.
