Bipin Chander Negi, Judge (oral) The present petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 24.11.2025, passed by Senior Civil Judge, Palampur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, whereby, an application filed by the present petitioner/Judgment Debtor, requesting the Executing Court to intimate the Income Tax Department about the decree, in the case at hand which is being executed, has been dismissed. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the documents appended along-with the present petition. 3. Admittedly, the decree in the case at hand is dated 19.11.2011, passed by the learned Appellate Court, Kangra at Dharamshala. In view thereof, the application has been correctly dismissed by the Executing Court. I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Trial Court, hence, the present petition is dismissed being devoid of any merit.
