This revision petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 04.01.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No. 3, Cachar at Silchar in NDPS Case No. 115/2024 rejecting his plea for discharge in connection with this case. 3. Today the interlocutory application has come up and the same has been filed seeking bail, pending adjudication of the revision petition, challenging the rejection order passed by the learned trial court. 4. It is submitted by the learned Legal Aid counsel for the applicant that in the meantime, the learned trial court has already granted bail to the applicant. In support of his submission, he has submitted relevant documents from the CIS. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present Interlocutory Application which was filed seeking bail, pending adjudication of the criminal revision petition has become infructuous. 6.
