Considering the above, this court is inclined to allow the petition. The petition is therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. 5. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be entitled to claim any interest from 03-09-2016 to 18-07-2023 i.e. the date of filing of this petition. 6.
