Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner would submit that by the time of filing the present Writ Petition, the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority has not been constituted. Subsequently, the said Tribunal has been 2 constituted and the same is now functioning. In this view of the matter, since the statutory appeal against the Impugned Order dated 29.12.2021 in I.A.No.2 of 201 and I.A.No.3 of 2021 in Complaint No.19 of 2021 would lie to the Appellate Authority, the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Tribunal. 4. In the above premise, this Court deems it appropriate to permit the Writ Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty as indicated above. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Writ Petitioner to assail the Impugned Order dated 29.12.2021 in I.A.No.2 of 201 and I.A.No.3 of 2021 in Complaint No.19 of 2021 (Ex.P.1) passed by the Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority before the Appellate Tribunal. The Writ Petitioner shall file the Appeal within six weeks from today. If the Appeal is filed within the said time of six weeks, the limitation, if any, shall not be reckoned.
