The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 122 of 2024 (arising out of Ketar P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024), under sections 65(1), 74,75(3), 351(2) of BNS & also under section 4/6 POCSO Act and also under section 67(A), 67(B) of IT Act, pending in the Court of Special Judge, POCSO-cum-ASJ-I_cum-FTC (CAW) at Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. He further submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is clear that there is no allegation of rape against this petitioner, and he is languishing in jail custody since 13.10.2024, as such he is entitled for bail. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are serious allegations against this petitioner of outraging the modesty of the victim girl again just after she free herself from the clutches of the co- accused, and he made objectionable video and threatened her of uploading the video, so he should not be allowed on bail. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offences and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed.
