By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, apprised the Court that on verification, it has been transpired that petitioners are no residing over the address which has been mentioned in the instant petition and as such no prayer can be exceeded in favour of the petitioners. 5. In view thereof, present petition stands disposed of.
