Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 238 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 25.08.2024, husband of the informant, namely, Arjun Singh was murdered by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and he also confessed his guilt. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on the pointing out of the petitioner. 5. From perusal of impugned order, it appears that on the basis of C.D.R. report, the petitioner was apprehended and he has confessed his guilt. 6. It was submitted that several similarly placed co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 7. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Khunti P.S.
