As he completed five years at the said station, in the general transfers he came to be transferred to Nallamgadu Village Secretariat in Bangarupalem Mandal in Chittoor District. Petitioner stated to have opted for three stations at Punganuru and Ramasamudram Mandal, as his wife is also a Government employee and is working as a School Assistant at APHS, Ramasamudra, Ramasamudram Mandal, Chittoor District. Despite aforesaid options, the petitioner has been transferred to a different station and he has immediately submitted representation dated 05.07.2025 requesting to re-consider the transfer. 2. Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the 4'^ respondent to consider aforesaid representation dated 05.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders, having regard to the spouse grounds. j 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions submits that transfers affected in accordance with the procedure laid down were in 4 % HCGR.J W.P. No. 16965 of 2025 G.O.Ms.No.5, Department of Grama Sachivalayams and Ward Sachivalayams, dated 12.06.2025, having regard to the availability of vacancies and the merit rank of respective candidates. However, as the petitioner has made representation dated 05.07.2025, the same would be considered in accordance with law. 5. In view of aforesaid submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 05.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
