This Petition ostensibly filed in public interest, in essence, seeks implementation of the order dated 27.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 11723/2024, whereby the Court had directed to treat the said Writ Petition as representation by the DCP, Outer District and DCP, Rohini, who in turn, were directed to decide the same and take necessary action, if required, in accordance with law. 2. The Status Report has been filed by the Station House Officer, PS Sultan Puri, Delhi, wherein the steps taken for checking the alleged illegal activities have been given in detail, according to which commission reports of various persons have been filed regarding the offences under the Narcotic This is a digitally signed order. As per the Status Report, various raids have also been conducted by the police authorities. 3. Similar status reports have also been filed on behalf of Police Stations Mangol Puri, Raj Park, Anand Vihar and Prem Nagar. 4. Once the requisite action has been taken by the police authorities, we do not find it appropriate to continue the proceedings of this commission. At this juncture, however, the learned Counsel representing the Delhi Police has brought to the notice of this Court that the Petitioner has a criminal background and he is an accused in various criminal cases. She has also brought to the notice of this Court various tweets posted by the Petitioner on his X Account, where the police authorities are being abused in a very filthy language. 5. The details of the cases in which the Petitioner is said to be involved and the screenshots of such tweets are taken on record. 6. Having perused the aforesaid material, we express our displeasure about the manner in which the Petitioner has been conducting himself. We, accordingly, warn the Petitioner not to indulge in any such activity and in case he is further found to be indulging in posting such tweets, it will be open to the authorities concerned to take appropriate action against him. 7.
