The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 111(2) (ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(B)(C)(D) of Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this court in A.B.A. No. 2753 of 2025, which was dismissed as withdrawn. He submits that the said petition was not decided on merits and in view of that this petition has been filed. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that nothing new has been disclosed in the petition and in view of the withdrawal of earlier petition, the petitioner is required to move before the learned court. 5. In view of the above and considering the fact that nothing new has been disclosed in the petition, I am no inclined to [2025:JHHC:28102 ] -2- grant anticipatory bail to the petition. As such, this petition is dismissed. 6. However, liberty is given to the petitioner that if any changed circumstance is there, he may move before the learned Sessions Judge.
