1. Mr. Pankaj Singh, learned counsel for the applicants.
2. The present revision petition has been filed by the applicants with the following prayer :- RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN

“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to revise the order dated 22.04.2022, passed by the learned Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur in case bearing number MJC/120/2021 (P. Kritika & Anr. v/s E. Shrinath) vide which the said Court, while adjudicating upon the application under Section 125, Code of Criminal Procedure, preferred by the Petitioners, granted a monthly subsistence/maintenance of Rs. 12,000 (Twelve Thousand) and Rs. 8,000 (Eight Thousand) to Petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 respectively and consequently,
enhance
the
monthly subsistence/maintenance payable to the Petitioners. Further, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent to pay the amount of monthly subsistence/maintenance from the date of institution of application under Section 125, Code of Criminal Procedure i.e. 23.01.2021 instead of from the date of the impugned order dated 22.04.2022.”

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the dispute between the parties has already been finally resolved by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1038/2022, wherein the parties have amicably settled the matter before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre and a decree of divorce has
3 also been drawn accordingly.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the applicants and in light of the settlement arrived at before the Apex Court, the present petition stands disposed of as the matter has already been disposed of by the Apex Court.
5. Let a copy of this order as well as original records be transmitted to the trial Court concerned forthwith for necessary information and compliance.
