The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 376(2)(n)/506/323 of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 25 years. They also have a son from their relationship. It appears that when the informant started pressurizing him to marry her, petitioner refused to do so. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga, in connection with Lohardaga (Mahila) P.S.
