Even otherwise also, through the medium of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought quashment of communication dated 01.09.2012 issued by Joint Director Education and also seeking quashment of order dated 06.09.2012 by preparing the fresh panel with regard to the engagement of RET teachers in M.S Behargala Zone Dandesar. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the relief in the instant petition cannot be granted to the petitioner at this stage, as the RET scheme has since been closed and, accordingly, he submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. In light of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous along with all connection applications. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
