“W.P.(C)-12089/2019 Reference Judgment/Order dated 25.03.2025; a compliance report dated 25.04.2025 has been received from Cash Branch and as per the said report, an amount of Rs. 20,55,24,668/- (i.e. Rs. 20,61,38,520/- minus TDS deduction of Rs. 6,13,852/-) has been released to R-2-HUDCO and a balance amount of Rs. 6,07,960/- (i.e. of remaining interest amount which had accrued on the principal amount of Rs. 20,00,00,000/-) has been converted into FDR bearing A/c No. 15530311826019 dated 22.04.2025. The petition is already disposed of. In view of above, If approved, the matter may be sent to Listing Branch to placed it before Hon'ble Court for further direction regarding the disbursal of remaining amount along with accrued This is a digitally signed order. Considering the fact that the Petitioner has now filed SLP (Civil) No. 14380/2025 challenging the order dated 25th March, 2025 and certain interim orders have already been passed in the said SLP, let the amount of Rs. 6,07,960/- be released in favour of HUDCO/ Respondent No.2. 4.
