Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 344 of 2024 arising out of Itki P.S. Case No. 91 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 307/326/313 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.J.C-XI, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner happens to be the soutan of the deceased Suman Kujur who died due to burn injury. It is alleged that the petitioner had immolated the deceased due to which she succumbed to her injuries. 4. In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
