2. This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:-
“i) That the writ in the nature of Mandamus may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to pay the balance and due amount to the petitioners in terms of Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022, inclusive of arrears on account of revised pay scale/pension/Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity/ Commutation of pension/family pension/leave encashment along with interest @ 6% per annum from due date, in view of the judgment dated 21.05.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes
-2- in CWP No. 4586 of 2023, titled as Tika Ram v/s State of HP & another along with connected matters (Annexure P-2) within a time bound manner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intend to move representation to the respondents seeking the relief prayed for in this writ petition, as the issue raised has already been adjudicated upon in Tika Ram vs. The State of H.P. & Another1. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case direction is issued to the respondent/competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner for redressal of his grievances raised in the writ petition in light of the aforesaid judgment within a fixed time schedule.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents are not averse to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment, however, all rights and contentions of the parties be left open for decision.
4. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be preferring representation within two weeks from today. In case, such 1CWP No.4586 of 2013 decided along with connected matters on 21.05.2024.
-3- representation is so preferred, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within further period of eight weeks. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioner.
