For the State : Ms. Sushma Aind, A.P.P. ----- 04/ 29.04.2025 Heard the parties. 2. This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Sections 341/323/302/504/506/34 of Indian Penal Code in connection with Kenduadih (Gondudih OP) PS Case No. 27 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. From the FIR and the documents, I find that there is allegation against these petitioners that they have assaulted the deceased which resulted in death. Though there is delay in lodging FIR but the allegation is specific of assault. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed. (ANANDA SEN, J.) Tanuj/Cp-3
