) Notice. Mr. Rajat Chaudhary, learned Assistant Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 29.11.2024 in CWP No. 1638 of 2024 titled Mohit Sharma and another versus State of H.P. and others. 2 Neutral Citation No. ( 2025:HHC:29424 ) submitted a representation to the competent authority on 25.06.2025, a copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure P-4.
3. In this background, a prayer has been made to direct respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in light of judgment in Mohit Sharma (supra) in a time bound manner. The prayer being innocuous is not opposed.
4. Without adverting to the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-4) dated 25.06.2025 strictly in light of judgment passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Mohit Sharma (supra), within eight weeks from today.
5. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is found similarly situated to the petitioners in Mohit Sharma (supra), he will be extended the same benefit, as has been extended to the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
6. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
