Today, Sri G.M.Ananda, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1, has filed a memo before this Court and has also placed on record an endorsement dated 06.05.2024, issued by the competent authority, to demonstrate that the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2025 has already been considered and disposed of in accordance with law. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20185 WP No. 14157 of 2025 3. The said memo, along with the endorsement dated 06.05.2024, is taken on record. 4. In light of the subsequent development, namely, the issuance of the order dated 06.05.2024 now placed before this Court by the learned counsel for respondent No.1, it is evident that the grievance raised in the present writ petition no longer survives for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and is liable to be disposed of as such. 5. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the said order dated 06.05.2024, if so advised, in accordance with law and in an appropriate proceeding before the competent forum. All contentions in that regard are left open. 6.
