Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company. 2. This application has been filed by the applicants, namely, 1. Ashique Ikbal, 2. Amena Begum, 3. Anowara Begum, 4. Monowara Begum, 5. Ayub Hussain and 6. Rajibuz Zman praying for allowing them to be impleaded as respondents in this case being the legal heirs of late Rokeya Bewa who was also granted a share of compensation awarded by the impugned judgment and award. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company raise no objection to the said prayer. 4. Considering the fact that Rokeya Bewa was one of the claimant to whom a share of awarded amount was directed to be given by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No. 3, Kamrup(M) by the impugned judgment and Page No.# 4/4 award which has been impugned in the connected MAC Appeal and since the present applicants are the legal heirs of Rokeya Bewa, this Court is of considered opinion that they are necessary parties in this appeal and, therefore, their impleadment application is allowed. 5. The appellant is directed to file amended cause-title in the connected MAC Appeal by showing the names of present applicants as respondent Nos. 5 to 10. 6. This interlocutory application is disposed of. 7. List the connected MAC Appeal after submission of amendment cause- title by the appellant on 28.01.2026. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
