Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent. 2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, (1) Alom Miah (2) Rezia Begum (3) Almina Begum, apprehending arrest in connection with Mankachar P.S. Case No. 119/2025 corresponding to GR No. 275/2025 registered u/s 329(4)/118(2) /109/3(5) of BNS. 3. The Case diary, as called for, is placed before the Court. 4. The allegation in the FIR dated 07.08.2025 is that the accused person assaulted her husband causing grievous injuries on the right hand and her brother-in-law has also been assaulted causing grievous injuries on the figure. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was a dispute between the family and bail may be granted to the petitioners. 6. On 10.11.2025 the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3, the wife and daughter of the petitioner No.1 were granted interim bail with the observation that no direct role was attributed by them. 7. It is confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that they have appeared and their statements have also been recorded. It is also submitted that witnesses in their statements have implicated the petitioner No.1 Page No.# 3/3 8. Case diary is placed before me. The medical report of the victim reflects serious injury. 9. The interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner Nos.2 and 3, vide order, dated 10.11.2025 is hereby made absolute. The direction for pre-arrest bail is subject to the conditions that the petitioners: (a) shall co-operate with the remaining investigation. 10. However, with regard the petitioner No.1 the prayer for pre-arrest bail stands rejected at this stage. 11. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. 12.
