The case of the petitioner is that he is serving for the last six years at the same station. On account of his individual hardship, the petitioner is seeking his transfer and has made a representation, as noticed above. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case time bound directions are issued to the 2nd respondent to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner. Prayer being innocuous is allowed. 5. Without adverting to the merits of the case of the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation of petitioner (Annexure P-6) sympathetically, within a period of four weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order. 6.
