Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to take notice for the respondents. 2. In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non consideration of his representation produced at Annexure-B to the writ petition. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has sought for effecting mutation and khata in respect of the subject land, in terms of the Judgment and Decree dated 22.12.2017 in O.S.No.16/2017 as per Annexure-A and in this regard, petitioner has made representation dated 06.04.2025 as per Annexure-B. 3. In that view of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the aforesaid representation (Annexure-B), in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. It is also made clear that the petitioner is permitted to make one more representation to the respondent with all the relevant details to enable the respondent to take decision in the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22012 WP No. 13958 of 2025 matter.
