Learned counsel for the petitioner Saddam Hussain in B.A. No. 3092 of 2024 seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, bail application of the petitioner Saddam Hussain is dismissed as withdrawn. Heard the parties.
2. Petitioner Sachin Kumar @ Sachin Prasad in B.A. No. 8027 of 2024 has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 218 of 2024 arising out of Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 332 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 374 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi.
3. On 06.10.2023, brother of the Informant namely Aftab Alam went missing. Subsequently, co-accused Aamir Ali and Saddam Hussain were apprehended and, on their confession, some incriminating articles were recovered from Patratu Valley. As far as the petitioner Sachin Kumar @ Sachin Prasad is concerned, his name had transpired in the confession of co-accused Aamir Ali and Saddam Hussain.

Learned counsel for the petitioner Sachin Kumar submitted that co- accused Vishal Yadav has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and case of the petitioner stands on similar footing.

In view of the submission made above, petitioner- Sachin Kumar @ Sachin Prasad, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XI, Ranchi in connection with S.T. No. 218 of 2024 arising out of Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 332 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 374 of 2024.
