2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
“(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders for enquire the works done through Yojna Sankhya/2023-2024, work code 05/IF/708090, 09/IF /708090 and 5/IF/7080901675579 in village-Bend, Panchayat-Bend, Block- Chakulia at the land of the petitioner and other villagers and for direction upon the respondents to immediately and forthwith investigate the matter and to take appropriate action against the responsible or person, and be any other relief or reliefs as your lordship may deem fit and proper for which the petitioner is very much entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
