The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondents particularly respondent nos.4, 5 & 6 to provide information to the petitioner sought by him on 9th October, 2023 and 1st November, 2023 under Section 6(1) of Right to Information Act, 2005. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of the aforesaid prayer, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 3. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take the recourse of filing second appeal before the Jharkhand State Information Commission, Ranchi on the present issue as and when the same gets functional. 4.
