Learned counsel for the State submits that as per the instruction received, charges have been framed and the trial is under progress and the evidence is being recorded by the trial Court. 5. Considering that the charges have been framed and evidence of the witnesses are being recorded, in such an advanced stage of trial we are not inclined to interfere in the matter and the petition is dismissed on this ground alone. 6.
