At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks deletion of respondent no.3. Leave granted to delete respondent no.3 at the risk of the petitioner. 2. This writ petition challenges the common order dated 16.06.2025 passed by the Caste Scrutiny Committee thereby invalidating the claim of the petitioner belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. Our attention has been drawn to the order dated 19.09.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.10091 of 2025 wherein two out of four claimants, the caste validity have been issued by this Court. The petitioner is therefore entitled for the caste validity on the ground of parity. The learned AGP do not dispute this fact. 3. In light of the above, we pass the following order : ORDER (i) Writ Petition is partly allowed. 2025:BHC-AUG:25906-DB 4-wp-10045-2025.odt (2) (ii) The impugned order dated 16.06.2025 passed by the Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee is hereby quashed and set aside. (iii) The Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee is directed to issue caste validity certificate to the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. (iv) The validity certificate to be issued to the petitioner shall be co- terminus with the validity certificates pursuant to the directions issued by this Court.
