The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No.15 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 469, 470, 471 and 120B of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein is the husband of the co-accused Manisha Devi and he is only witness to the agreement dated 13.05.2019 which was entered into between the co-accused Manisha Devi (wife of the petitioner) and one Jalil Ansari for the sale of 38 decimals of land situated in Mouza Sijua, Old Khata No.13, New Khata No.2241, Old Plot No.2841, New Plot No.1128. He further submits that during the validity period of agreement dated 13.05.2019 Jalil Ansari has not been able to purchase the land from co-accused Manisha Devi, 2025:JHHC:29208 --2-- A.B.A. No. 5621 of 2025 thereafter the agreement expired on 10.10.2019. He then submits that the petitioner is the only witness in the agreement and Manisha Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in ABA No.3672 of 2024. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of not executing the sale deed. 5. Considering that the petitioner happened to be the only witness of the said agreement and Manisha Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in ABA No.3672 of 2024, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No.15 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated 22.09.2025 Sangam/
