The limited prayer made in the petition is to direct respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation of petitioner, copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure P-4. It has been contended that the petitioner is working in Government Centre Primary School, Bagipul, District Kullu, for more than eight years.
