Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has lost contact with the appellant and, despite having sent communications, no response has been received till today. Notices issued through the Court process were returned ‘unserved’, with remarks indicating that the appellant has shifted to an unknown location. The learned counsel for the appellant is unaware of the appellant’s current address, and no documents have been placed on record indicating any new or traceable address of the appellant. In view of the above, it appears that the appellant is not inclined to pursue this appeal. 2. In view of the foregoing and considering the prevailing circumstances, it appears that there is no justification for keeping the appeal pending on the docket indefinitely.
