This is an application u/s 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying for transfer of T.S.(D) Case No./113/2023 pending in the Court of the learned Additional District Judge (FTC), Dibrugarh to the Court of the learned District Judge, Sonipur, Tezpur. 3. Mr. Kalita has submitted that he has no objection if the case is transferred to the Court of the learned District Judge, Sonipur, Tezpur. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. This Court is of the opinion that for the ends of justice, the prayer of the petitioner deserves to be accepted. ` 6. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed. 7. The T.S.(D) Case No./113/2023 pending in the Court of the learned Additional District Judge (FTC), Dibrugarh shall be transferred to the Court of the learned District Judge, Sonipur, Tezpur for disposal.
