BAJANTHRI) 4 16-01-2025 Inadvertently on 13.12.2024, the following order was passed:- “Four weeks’ time is granted to comply the office objections, failing which the present M.A. stands dismissed for non- compliance. 2. Relist this matter on 15.01.2025.” 2. Today, learned counsel for the appellant – Mr. Sanjeev Shankar submitted that he had mentioned that matter is required to be withdrawn. Therefore, there is an error in the Co- ordinate Bench order dated 13.12.2024. The same has been Patna High Court MA No.295 of 2021(4) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 rectified to the following extent:- “Appellant is permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
