Y.Maha Lakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri K.Raghu Veer, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2'^'^ respondent is not considering the representation dated 23.06.2025 (Ex.P1), made by the petitioner regarding removing the encroachments in Sy.No.120/1 of Gaddemvaripalli Village, Chowedepalli Mandal, Chittoor District. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a resident of Gaddemvaripalli Village. The 4**^ respondent issued permission for construction of Gangamma Temple in Sy.No.120/1 vide C.No.71/2023, dated 26.07.2023 (Ex.P2), and TTD provided funds. Some of the villagers are obstructing the construction of the temple. The representation made by the petitioner to the 2'^'^ respondent has not been looked into. 3. 3 Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted instructions of the 2^"^ respondent. As seen from the instructions, in pursuance of the representation made by the petitioner, the 2'"’^ respondent addressed a letter to the Superintendent of Police, Chittoor vide Roc.L6/PRGS/CTR2025062391/2025 dated 23.06.2025 to take appropriate action. Thereafter, the 4^*^ respondent- Tahsildar submitted a report to the 2""^ respondent vide Roc.A/ /2025 dated 16.07.2025. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the extent of Ac.0.58 cents in Sy.No.120/1 is classified as Gramakantam. As per the field inquiry, one Goddess Gangamma Temple existed in Sy.No.120/1 in an extent of Ac.0.005 cents, which was constructed approximately 50 years ago. Due to the differences between the villagers and Nellimandha family of the village, another Goddess Gangamma Temple is under construction in Sy.No.120/1 by the other villagers. 6. During the inquiry, the petitioner informed that the old Goddess Temple is under renovation, and the height has been extended, resulting in blocking the pathway to the newly constructed Temple. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would also submit that the as per the report of the Tahsildar, access is available for the movement of devotees to conduct poojas in both the Temples and no blocking of pathway is identified, for the newly constructed Gangamma Temple. It was surveyed by the then Tahsildar vide C.No.71/2023 dated 26.07.2023 (Ex.P2). 7. 8. The copy of the report of the Tahsildar dated 16.07.2025 is placed before this Court. Thus, as seen from the letter addressed by the 2"'^ respondent to the Superintendent of Police dated 23.06.2025 and the report of the Tahsildar dated 16.07.2025 to the 2'''^ respondent, the grievance of the petitioner that 9. 4 the 2^'^ respondent has not considered the representation is misconceived. In fact, the 2*^^ respondent acted upon the representation and directed to initiate appropriate action. This Court does not find any irregularity. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
