The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bodam P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 348 of 2025(S), for the offences registered under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 27(2) of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Shilpa Murmu, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 06.12.2024, at about 03:00 P.M., the informant was shot near Alkatara factory, Dimna Chowk, Jamshedpur. Petitioner and co-accused persons were seen overtaking the informant at the place of occurrence. 4. It was submitted that the informant had not seen as to who has shot him. 5. Learned A.P.P. submits that there is strong suspicion against the petitioner. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Shilpa Murmu, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Bodam P.S.
