The applicant who is in custody since 02.09.2023 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No.124 of 2023, corresponding to NDPS Case No.67 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 15/ 25/ 27 and 29 of the NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Chatra. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. 3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected vide order dated 21.02.2024 passed in B.A. No.10011 of 2023 on merit. 4. It appears that commercial quantity of narcotics has been seized. 5. From the report submitted by the court below, it appears that the prosecution has examined only one witness out of eight charge sheeted witnesses. 6. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant, at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the applicant stands rejected once again.
