Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent by way of filing an affidavit in the matter had brought on record an order dated 20.09.2024, which reveals that the arms license issued to the petitioner was cancelled. In view of the above, prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition and file a fresh one assailing the order dated 20.09.2024. Prayer is not objected to by Ms. U.
