Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents no.1, 2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation of the Case Crime No. 541 of 2024, under Section 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 74, 125, 324(4) of B.N.S. and Section 7 of Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 1932 Police Station Bhojpur, District Moradabad from some independent Agency like those of C.B.C.I.D., S.I.T. C.B.I. or some other independency Agency etc. immediately within some specific time." 3. Petitioner herein is an accused person and he has no locus to file petition seeking fair investigation. 4. A reference may be made to a judgement of this Court (in which one of us (Vivek Kumar Birla, J.) is a member, rendered in Preeti Singh vs. State of UP and 8 others, 2023 (124) ACC 851. 5. In such view of the matter, we do not find any good ground to entertain the present petition. 6. Present petition is accordingly dismissed.
