The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 195 of 2025 arising out of Sonari P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 554 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103, 3(5) of the B.N.S. and under Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. 3. On 02.01.2025, at about 10:15 A.M., the informant came to know that his brother Suraj Pramanik was shot dead by named accused persons near Carmel School. During the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and the firearm which was used in committing the murder of the deceased was recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that co-accused Prakash Kumar Singh @ Pintu Kumar Singh has been granted bail by this Court earlier and the case of the petitioner is different to that of Prakash Kumar Singh who has been granted bail. 5.
