The above contempt case is filed complaining about the violation of the order dated 25.09.2013 passed in W.P.No.25256 of 2013. 3. The petitioner filed the above writ petition to declare the action of Station House Officer, Madakasira Police Station in not implementing the order dated 05.03.2003, passed in I.A.No.823 of 2002, in O.S.No.12 of 1994, on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Madakasira, Anantapur District and providing police protection. 4. The said writ petition was disposed of on 25.09.2013. The operative portion of the order reads as follows: “In view of the subsequent development of the police providing necessary protection, which is sought for in the main writ petition, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication. Hence, it is disposed of. No costs.” 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent failed to honor the undertaking, and contends that this failure constitutes a violation of the earlier order. However, given the order reproduced supra, this court doesn’t find any violation of the order. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
